Because each candle is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges due to expected color or texture variation — please note that woven products may differ slightly from mockup images.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Simply send a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
