Returns & Exchanges

Because each hat is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges due to color variations. Please note that woven products may differ slightly from mockup images.

However, if your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Simply send a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
