Please be aware that this agreement cannot be assigned by the buyer without the seller’s written consent. The seller remains the sole intentional beneficiary of this agreement.
In case of any inconsistencies between this agreement and any other agreements related to or encompassing the goods, this agreement shall prevail.
Please be aware that any changes, amendments, or revisions to this Agreement are only valid with the written consent of the Seller. Any additional or modified terms included in orders by the Buyer will be considered null and void unless they have been explicitly agreed upon in writing by the Seller.
In case any term of this Agreement is found to be illegal or not entirely enforceable, rest assured that the legality and enforceability of the remaining conditions will not be affected. Your trust and understanding mean the world to us!
Any agreements or arrangements we make will be governed by the laws of Ludhiana, Punjab, India. This means that if any disputes arise, they’ll be handled according to these laws, without considering any conflicts-of-law rules.
We want to ensure complete transparency and clarity in our transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Ludhiana. This means that any legal matters will be handled in Ludhiana, and you waive any objections to this jurisdiction and venue.

Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you have all the information you need regarding our cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. No questions asked!
Unfortunately, cancellations made after the 12-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
